At GIVO, we’re committed to ensuring you love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Size issues

    • Product change (of equal value), subject to stock availability

  • Products must be shipped by the customer to our facility.

  • Exchange will be approved only after a quality check (QC).

🚫 Wrong or Defective Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the package is opened).

  • No refund or replacement will be processed without the video.

  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

📩 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at support@givo.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID and reason for the exchange.

  3. Attach photos and unboxing video (if applicable).

  4. Once approved, we’ll share the next steps.

ℹ️ Important Notes

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Refunds are not provided for size-related or preference-based returns.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
