Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • 1. If a Product delivered to a Consumer is found to be faulty or different from the Product ordered, they have the right to ask for a replacement.
  • 2. In general, there is NO REFUND POLICY. Products can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • 3. Consumers will have the right to return the Defective Product to GIVO for a replacement. If replacement is not an available remedy, Consumers will be only entitled to claim termination of the purchase contract and obtain a full refund of the Product price, including original shipping costs and costs for returning the Defective Products to GIVO
  • 4. The refund will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date the Defective Products have been returned to GIVO
  • 5. Return of Defective Products for a replacement or full refund must always be made in the following way
    • a.i. Consumers will be required to inform GIVO of any defect or non-conformity in the Products purchased on the Site within 15 days from the date the defect or non-conformity is discovered - provided the defect or non-conformity arises within the Legal Warranty Period - by writing to the following e-mail address: customer@givoretail.com, describing the defect and indicating the type of remedy (replacement or refund) required;
    • a.ii. Defective Products shall be returned by Courier – GIVO recommends insuring the Products in the case that the Consumer elects not to use GIVO’s Courier – to the following address: Name, GIVO Retail Private Limited, 42nd Milestone, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Kherki Daula, Gurgaon, 122004
    • a.iii. If the Consumer elects to use a courier different from the GIVO’s Courier, GIVO will not be liable for any loss of the Product.
    • a.iv. GIVO reserves to check the Products returned to verify the existence of the defect or non-conformity and may return the Product to the Consumer in the event that it assesses that no defect or non-conformity exists
    • a.v. It is not possible to request a replacement or refund through the Site for GIVO products purchased at GIVO stores or other sales outlets for products bearing the GIVO brand
