1. If a Product delivered to a Customer is found to be faulty or different from the Product ordered, they have the right to ask for a replacement.
2. In general, there is NO REFUND POLICY. Products can only be exchange in the case of a manufacturing defect.
3. Consumers will have the right to return the Defective Product to GIVO for a replacement. If replacement is not an available remedy, Consumers will be only entitled to claim termination of the purchase contract and obtain a full refund of the Product price.
